Do you have a physical watch shop in Dubai?

Yes. We operate a physical retail store located at:

🕛 Open daily from 12:00 to 22:00

On selected weekends, part of our collection is displayed at flea market events to meet new collectors. During these times, our shop remains open with a limited in-store selection.

We also have our main office in the Business Bay Dubai, UAE.

Are you a registered company? Do you provide VAT invoices?

Yes. Mainspring.dxb operates as an officially registered LLC company in the United Arab Emirates: Erkan Gulmez Trading LLC.

Our Tax Registiration Number is 105091834900003. DED Licence No :1526344

All purchases include a VAT-inclusive official invoice, providing full transaction transparency and legal documentation.

In the UAE, registered companies are legally prohibited from selling counterfeit or fake items. Selling fake goods is a criminal offense. Our operations fully comply with UAE commercial and consumer protection laws.

We follow a professional multi-step authentication process for every watch, including:

We work with long-term trusted suppliers in Japan, Turkey, the UAE, and other international markets, but every watch is independently inspected upon arrival.

Only watches that pass our authentication and functionality checks are offered for sale.

Do your watches come with warranty?

Yes. Most watches include a 3-month mechanical warranty (unless otherwise stated), subject to our warranty terms & conditions.This provides additional peace of mind when purchasing vintage and pre-owned timepieces.

What if my watch stops or has a problem after purchase?

If your watch experiences a mechanical issue, simply bring it back to our store.

We will inspect the watch and handle the issue in line with our warranty terms. We work with a trusted Dubai-based partner workshop, with over 5+ years of long-term collaboration, allowing us to professionally service and repair most mechanical watches.

Do you offer watch repair, servicing, and restoration?

Yes. We provide professional watch services, including:

Mechanical repairs
Routine maintenance and full servicing
Complete restorations
Dial restoration (redialing)
Case polishing
Gold replating

All services are performed through our experienced partner workshop in Dubai. All workshop services given are also under our three months warranty.

Do you provide watch valuation and authentication services?

Yes. We offer professional watch valuation and authentication services for a fee.
